Overview
We are seeking a motivated Structural Revit Technician for our Saint Paul, Minnesota (MN) office who is eager to learn and grow within the structural design trade. This position is ideal for someone passionate about Building Information Modeling (BIM) and collaborative project delivery. Some of the project types include biopharma facilities, multi-family housing, and parking structures.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain structural models in Autodesk Revit.
• Assist in starting new projects on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and coordinate modeling with internal and external disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, external partners, and clients to ensure accurate coordination and timely completion of projects.
• Pick up redlines, communicate effectively, and see projects through to completion.
• Support ongoing training and development initiatives within the team.
Qualifications
• Experience using Revit (bonus for Revit Structural experience).
• 1-5 years of experience
• General understanding of AutoCAD (experience preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam software.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Team player who values collaboration and clear communication.
• Initiative-taker looking for a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to evolving project needs and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
• Experience with Navisworks.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows.
• Knowledge of Revit family creation or ability to edit and create families.
• Exposure to BIM processes and coordination practices.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000
