Overview

Kimley-Horn is in search of a Practice Builder Senior Project Manager - Landscape Architect to help grow our team in the Indianapolis market and beyond.

The successful candidate will support our Development Services practice by providing site planning, urban and landscape design as well as mentorship to junior staff. This person will have an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to create a growth vision for their practice and will contribute to the overall growth of the landscape architecture team.

Responsibilities

  • Win work from new and existing clients
  • Work directly with clients to develop plans, manage design / entitlements process, and lead production efforts
  • Manage project financials and design teams
  • Mentor young professionals
  • Provide design, project management and task management leadership to the team

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

- BS in Landscape Architecture or related

- RLA

- Minimum 6 years of experience

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Candidates should have hands on experience in business development, project management and staff mentoring and training
