Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional, with a high tolerance for ambiguity to join the KLA Services HR team. As a Sr. HR Business Partner, your primary role will be providing HR support to US Field group in KLA Services (KLAS) org. to support their business and strategic objectives. This will require collaboration with the business leadership of the group to find strategic HR solutions to business problems and challenges. This involves leading organizational changes, handling employee relations issues, mentoring managers and employees, clarifying HR policies, participating in company-wide HR programs including annual performance appraisals and engagement surveys, partnering with corporate HR COE teams in C&B, Ops & HRIS, staffing and learning to address specific HR challenges, as well as handling other day-to-day HR tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing human resources and organizational strategies that support business plans and objectives of US Field and KLAS groups.

  • Partnering with group leaders to drive talent management programs including: performance review, focal, employee engagement, mentoring, headcount analysis, organization development, compensation analysis and recommendations, learning, and recruiting.

  • Assessing talent capabilities and gaps and assist in the development process.

  • Championing corporate initiatives within the business group and ensure a positive relationship passionate about the achievement of business goals through talent plans.

  • Defining, analyzing, and measuring HR initiatives through data analysis, reporting and presentation.

  • Providing coaching, tailoring suggestions, as appropriate and balancing individual and company needs.

  • Providing strong HR mentorship in the handling of employee relations issues and successfully conduct investigations, as needed.

  • Providing tools, advice and direction to the management on organizational changes.

  • Educating, guiding and assessing regulatory compliance and report to management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
