Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

As an NPL Material Planner/Project Manager you will be leading all material related, internal and external processes for our newest, groundbreaking KLA products. As we look to deliver new technology to help our customers, we are constantly looking for better way to coordinate internally and drive new crafted material implementation, improving processes to make sure we are driving accurate on time quality material with the best costs. Ensure compliance to PLC phase exit requirements and project: Quality, On time Delivery, Cost targets, and material manufacturing readiness supporting all new revenue tools. Lead execution of all required New Program Launch Material, related task's collaboration with PLC, design engineering, supply chain management, finance, Document control and manufacturing-Operations teams and present at MRR and Phase exits. Navigate and adapt in sophisticated and changing situations

Ensuring compliance with company standards processes, policies, procedures, and as well as external compliance requirements.

  • Plans, schedules, coordinates, monitor, report all material transfers from

  • Design Engineering for all new programs outside and inside of SAP, and/or on manual files and trackers. Provides weekly and quarterly reports as well as agreement with financing and program on inventory transfer levels to Operations. This role is responsible for all material transferred to OPS at multiple KLA location as the need arises.

  • Follows schedule of products through the complete product cycle and provide material when requested with updating the trackers and distributing to all relevant customers. Coordinates with design engineering, eDoc and OPS production support plans/schedule to establish requirements for material kitting & movement by material handlers to ensure materials are provided according to schedules

  • Bring together, report and follow on all shortages or material discrepancy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in semiconductors or Capital Equipment

  • Experience with SAP

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
