Job Description

• Oversee all quality-related activities within the organization.

• Maintain our integrated management system in accordance with DIN ISO 9001.

• Plan and organize internal and external audits.

• Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality.

• Manage supplier development and quality processes.

• Improve internal and supplier quality, focusing on cost of poor quality.

• Drive supplier quality improvements through 8D-Reports.

• Handle defect reports and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure supplier quality meets our standards.

• Lead and develop a quality team.

• Present quality performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.

• Conduct manufacturing audits to assess production quality.

• Identify and close process gaps to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.

• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Leadership experience with a focus on team development.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.

• Willingness to travel (10%)
