Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards. The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Job Description

Our European HR team are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join the team in Agrate, Italy.
Responsibilities:
  • HR Support to Managers: Provide support to leaders with their challenges, team engagement , Workday processes and onboarding/offboarding. Serve as the first point of contact for managers.
  • HR Administration: maintain and archive records of employees, deal with ad-hoc administrative activities, assist with office management. Write employment contracts and certificates.
  • Talent Acquisition: assist Managers and Talent Acquisition Partner with recruiting (job posting, job offers, communication with the candidate) and own the HR onboarding process.
  • Corporate communication: assist with branding initiatives and collaborate with corporate communication on internal communication. Lead KLA Foundation project.
  • Wellbeing: drive wellbeing initiatives with HR and leaders, and organize team events with support of admin/managers. This includes event planning, participation tracking and team communication.
  • HR projects: contribute to Corporate HR projects, lead HR projects within your scope of responsibility
  • Learning & Development: coordinate training sessions, and maintain dashboards for Talent Review. Manage training offerings and enroll employees in courses.
  • Legal: Ensure compliance (i.e. update policies, review clauses, monitor legislation changes), and assist managers with legal questions.
  • Compensation & Benefits: serve as the point of contact with benefits vendor, and contribute to C&B projects.
  • EHS: work with safety department, Finance, HR and managers on risk assessments, and facilities management.
  • -Global Mobility: assist with invitation letter,s social security certificates, and form completion.
  • Payroll support: create reports, work closely with Finance, and verify payroll
  • I&D: support Managers in promoting I&D in the regions

The role requires frequent travel to a second site located in Gorizia.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
