Job Description
- CSE1 requires Manager or Senior CSE directions or instructions
- Represent the company to customer
- Assures operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time
- Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines since the system is down for service and may effect customer manufacturing area.
- Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems
- Prepare report on customer support & provide

Bachelor's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience
