Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining/improving financial models as well as the accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of costs related to the Global Products Group. This position will work within the product division finance team providing input on spending levels, forecast and actual tracking, providing analysis on trends, and also provide strategic finance partnership to the business leaders and their teams.
Prepare monthly/quarterly metrics packages and variance analysis for these two key groups within Service Org.
Lead monthly forecasting and reporting for the required divisions.
Forecast headcount and discretionary spend based on business inputs and validate underlying assumptions.
Develop tools to identify risks and opportunities in the forecast, monitor, and report the actual results against plan and forecast.
Input all forecast and planning work into TM1 financial reporting system and maintain data accuracy in both TM1 and offline working files.
Handle quarter-end close process and meet regular corporate results and financial reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years OR Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience
Great teammate with a positive demeanor and strong sense of ownership
Strong financial analytical and modeling skills.
Proficient in financial reporting systems (SAP, TM1, etc.) and possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to meet goals, cope with the fast-paced environment, prioritize and multi-task.
Attention to details & quality of work, motivated to learn.
Build relationships with collaborators, and solve problems independently & proactively.
