The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
We seek a proven, organized, and creative professional to support KLA Services leaders. This is an exciting, fast-paced position at KLA, a global market leader in the semiconductor industry. This person will partner with the leaders to improve efficiency and impact of engagements and activities. Position will require that the selected person quickly learn and apply detailed understanding of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel.
Responsibilities
Anticipate and perform administrative duties and confidential assignments for the Services business.
Coordinate department activities and events for Services business (locally and globally) and lead planning for corporate activities across departments.
Plan meetings with internal teams and external customers and partners; scheduling/calendaring.
Manage global travel and expense processing.
Exercise discretion in handling information of a confidential and sensitive nature.
Coordinate with and respond to various sources in timely manner.
Set up and maintain office supplies and records as needed.
Prepare and edit basic business documents and presentations to support the business
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer a bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) with ten years of professional experience supporting a senior executive in a corporate office environment is desired; Fortune 500 experience preferred.
Critical thinker with strong organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to research, write and/or edit basic business communications
Consistent track record of multitasking effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to be resourceful and partner effectively across an organization
Ability to identify owners of different processes within the company and work collaboratively toward successful outcomes
Ability to learn the business and customers at a high level in addition to the company’s purpose and vision
Ability to prioritize challenging requests and demonstrate flexibility to address evolving business needs
Apply developed skills with MS Office suite and leverage internal systems to retrieve information and perform activities
Communicates clearly and concisely with positive, can-do demeanor
Self-motivated with a track record as self-starter
Strong team orientation, with a strong sense of dedication to work with team members, customers, and cross-functional teams
Operates with a high sense of urgency and organization
Displays ability to navigate social situations
Minimum Qualifications
HS Graduate and 10 years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
