The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Manage the accurate bookings and Tax filing preparation:

• Monthly, Quarterly, Annual closing and Tax return preparation
• Tax provision and DTA calculation data preparation
• Quarterly BS review preparation
• Overall booking review under both USGAAP and JGAAP including GAAP adjust
• Corporate Income Tax return under JGAAP
• Consumption Tax return
• To manage Indian shared service monthly activities
• Daily process improvement
• AI & Automation project involvement
• Other ad hoc tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, USCPA, Nissho bookkeeping 2nd
• Business level English
• 7 years + Finance and Accounting Experience
• SAP, S4/HANA experience
• USGAAP & JGAAP knowledge
• Self-motivating, enjoying working & learning, and team player
• Having a challenging and developing spirit
