Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
As a Planner at KLA, you will be responsible to lead and manage end to end the production plan to enable and meet customer needs and according to leading Operational KPIs
You will work closely with other disciplines including MS-CA, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality, Finance and R&D.
*This is temporary position for 18 months
- Build accurate production plan for meeting demand while maintaining production and inventory policies established by analyzing performance, identifying trends, proposing alternatives, and real-time risk management eliminating delivery risks along the supply chain
- MRP release and BOM management (NPI and ECO)
- Work to resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts of supply (materials and capacity) to ensure optimal outcome of production plan
- Inventory
- Determine inventory policy
- Analyzing inventory trends
- ENND simulation
- Material utilization
- Physical count
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc in industrial & management engineering or equivalent
- Up to 2 years of experience in multidisciplinary planning/operations/supply chain
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent English - writing, speaking & reading
- High analytical skills and ability to work with advanced analysis BI tools
- Working non-routine hours
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a group
- highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with ERP
- Independent, assertive, “Out of the box” thinker, problem solver
