Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Use of professional concepts and company objectives in creative and effective ways
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and metrology systems
• Understanding of how to use statistics to derive meaningful results

Minimum Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience
• At least 3 years of semiconductor IC fab experience as Metrology Engineer or Product Engineer
• Understanding of software development and architecture is desirable
• Experience in data modeling and analysis
