Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Join our dynamic HR team as a Recruiting Sourcer and contribute to our employee profile digitalization project across Talent Acquisition and Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
- Source and screen candidates via platforms like 104, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Maintain pipelines through technical searches, referrals, campus events, and campaigns.
- Conduct behavioral interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Represent the company brand and culture to potential hires.
- Support employee profile digitalization and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Conduct employee data audit following governance process and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry is a plus.
- Skilled in high-volume sourcing with attention to quality and speed.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Boolean search, Excel, Power BI, and sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS preferred.
- Detail-oriented, resilient, and collaborative with a passion for talent engagement.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
