Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The SPTS division provide semi process production tools for the semiconductor industry. To provide our customer for wafer production, the company provide PVD, CVD, Etching and MVD tools for customer fabs. Our CSE needs to be able to
- Support customers to solve tool's technical problems in the clean room environment.
- Provides customer support, guidance of trouble-shooting, solution and conduct customer orientation for user applications.
- Prepares FSR( Field Service Report) for customers based on labor, travel expenses incurred and parts needed. CSE's use discretion and assist regional admin in preparing quotes based on reason for equipment failure, time to prepare etc.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
- Good attitude on learning new technology and willing to take challenge.
- BS/MS major in Mechanical, Electrical, microelectronic, or other Computer-science related fields.
- Experience or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred.
- People-oriented, strong customer service focus and able to work under pressure.
- Homeland in Chiayi would be a plus point.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
