Team & Position Description
KKR Growth was founded in 2014 on the thesis of raising a Growth Fund underpinned by one of the largest Alternative Investments Firms worldwide to create a true value-add approach to growth-stage investing. We have invested in over 40 software and internet businesses and are currently investing out of a $3.0bn Fund III. Our mission is to find category-leading, -defining, and/or -creating companies and equip them with the full power of the KKR Platform to supercharge growth and achieve meaningful scale. We partner with visionary founders and executives from first investment to IPO.
We are recruiting for full-time Analysts to join our team in both our New York and San Francisco offices. Our focus is to develop young professionals passionate about growth stage technology companies. You will learn to identify investment opportunities, speak to entrepreneurs, and execute a deal process from origination to close. You are responsible for identifying and breaking into investment opportunities that will compose our portfolio.
Primary Qualifications and Skills
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 (All majors and disciplines encouraged to apply)
- Aptitude for critical and creative thinking across the quantitative and qualitative spectrum
- Self-starter; comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to learn quickly with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work both independently and within teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Outstanding academic record
- Demonstrated leadership ability
