TEAM OVERVIEW
KKR’s Finance team oversees the firm’s tax compliance, credit and accounting, and reporting matters to produce analytical insights that drive business decisions and long-term success. The team is responsible for designing efficient frameworks through internal and external data and reports to understand the market environment and business dynamics and implement best practices. The team also collaborates closely with KKR’s Legal and Compliance team to ensure compliance and accurate reporting and performance of our corporate tax entities related to our investment funds. The Finance team also functions as a support for clients, from onboarding to investor communications and overall relationship management across all asset class, as well as responding to any ad-hoc tax-related requests.

POSITION SUMMARY
The KKR Finance team currently use SAP’s S4/HANA cloud, People Soft, OneStream and other Financial systems to maintain the general ledger of our various Management Companies. We are looking to hire a Finance Systems Analyst who will work in close partnership with the Finance and IT departments in order to support the day to day systems operations including oversight of the Firm’s master data.
This role will support all global Finance users across our various business segments and will be responsible for testing system upgrades, implementation of new projects and managing ad-hoc projects. The role will also have direct responsibility in overseeing data management including the creation and alignment of the Firm’s various entities, cost center structure, chart of accounts and reporting hierarchies. This will ensure the right consistency and execution as we continue to expand our business. The ideal candidate would have a unique combination of financial / business acumen, process and control mind set and effective change management capabilities. The candidate should also have excellent oral / written communication skills, and be a cultural fit with an emphasis on teamwork, diversity, excellence and results.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee master data management across various Finance systems.
• Providing systems support to Finance end-users while coordinating with the Technology team
• Perform testing for new system implementation and existing system upgrades
• System implementation and manage ad-hoc projects
• Run data packages/ reconciliations across various financial and management systems
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field.
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana, Oracle PeopleSoft or equivalent Finance systems
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a deadline driven environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS
• Proficiency with SAP or Oracle products and activities required. Areas including but not limited to, general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end processes, cost center and profit center accounting, project systems, COA and hierarchy maintenance, asset accounting, accounts payable & accounts receivable
• Works as a Subject Matter Expert with the KKR community, providing support to all end-users
• Serve as a liaison between the Finance and Tech teams in all aspects surrounding the SAP or Oracle products
• Proficient in analytical tools such as SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Serve as a lead for system upgrades and enhancements including troubleshooting and testing
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multi-task several projects on tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail
• Able to connect the dots across the various business lines and identify process enhancements, where applicable
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to develop client relationships with mutual trust and integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with individuals across all levels in a clear, concise, and professional manner
