KKR’s Client Operations team owns and operates most dimensions of the client lifecycle. We are responsible for the client interactions, underlying operating models, and overarching strategy related to client onboarding, product onboarding, capital activity, communications, inquiry servicing, offboarding, and more. POSITION SUMMARY
KKR seeks to recruit a Senior Analyst or Associate to focus on support for KKR’s Global Wealth Investor Relations team, for registered and private products across all alternative asset classes. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of registered and private fund administration and onboarding and platform (private banks, wirehouses, RIAs and independent broker dealers) operational processes. They will also deliver strong relationships across third party service providers (such as transfer agents and administrators) and their counterparts at our platform partners. This individual will work seamlessly within the Global Wealth Solutions business, supporting financial advisors and their relationship managers in set territories, as well as liaise frequently with the finance, investment, product, and legal/compliance teams of each of the relevant businesses at KKR.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field inquiries from financial advisors, investors & internal stakeholders regarding KKR investment offerings
- Support operational onboarding and implementation of KKR offerings on platforms (private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, and third party providers and independent broker/dealers)
- Help oversee and manage our relationship with third party service providers (transfer agents, administrators, outside counsel, and financial printers)
- Develop strong understanding of distribution partners’ operational platforms and processes and become resident KKR expert for advisor and KKR inquiries
- Liaise with KKR product teams, finance and third party transfer agents relating to client inquiries, problem resolution and reconciliation
- Assist with ad hoc projects / research to support Client Operations and GWS business initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, or a similar support role, ideally in the alternative investments industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of alternatives, with an emphasis on private markets products
- Proven expertise in the ongoing product management of alternative funds targeted at Accredited Investors and Qualified Purchasers
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism and the ability to represent KKR’s values in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM and/or sales enablement and inquiry management tools (preferred)
- Series 7 and 63 (preferred)
This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
