POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and execution-oriented Digital Enablement Platforms Manager at the Principal level to support the build out of KKR’s marketing technology ecosystem and drive adoption of key enablement platforms across the firm. This role will be based in Boston and sit within the Digital team. The candidate will oversee enterprise enablement platforms, digital asset management (DAM) systems, and workflow tools, ensuring teams have the tools, processes, and governance needed to operate efficiently and compliantly. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close partnership with sales, technology, marketing, compliance, and vendor partners to drive adoption, integration, and performance of marketing technology platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the overall strategy, administration, and optimization of marketing enablement platforms, including Seismic, DAM, and workflow management tools.
- Partner with technology and data engineering teams to ensure system integrations, data governance, and architecture align with firmwide standards.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new martech solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness, collaboration, and compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, renewals, and performance tracking, ensuring value and accountability across providers.
- Develop and document best practices, processes, and governance frameworks for content, workflow, and platform use.
- Partner with Analytics team to develop dashboards and reporting to track platform adoption, performance, and ROI.
- Lead training and enablement efforts to drive consistent usage and adoption across global marketing and business teams.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and technology teams to ensure systems and processes meet regulatory and data privacy standards.
- Support the continuous improvement of marketing workflows, campaign delivery, and content lifecycle management.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital enablement roles.
- Proven experience managing enterprise platforms such as Seismic, DAM systems (e.g., Bynder, Aprimo, Adobe Experience Manager), and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Workfront).
- Experience within financial services, asset management, or professional services preferred.
- Strong understanding of data integration, content governance, and vendor management best practices.
- Experience working with technology and business partners on systems implementation and change management initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
