TEAM OVERVIEW
The KKR Global Client Solutions Group (“KCS”) is KKR’s dedicated investor solutions team. KCS was first formed in 2009 to invest in and focus on KKR’s relationships with current and potential investors. Today, KCS consists of over 300 executives located in over 20 offices across the globe. KCS seeks to “connect the dots” across all businesses at KKR, from our global private equity teams to KKR Credit and KKR Capital Markets, to deliver all of KKR’s intellectual capital and solutions to our investing partners. The group’s long-term objective is to diversify KKR’s client base to include new investors, across all regions and institution types, and to raise capital for the Firm’s expanding product platform through developing, structuring and maintaining collaborative partnerships with our investors.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Reporting Associate will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making for the KKR Client Solutions (KCS) organization and the Global Sales Enablement team. This position focuses on continuously improving decision support processes, methodologies, and tools that support sales strategy across regions.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with a problem-solving mindset. They excel in process improvement and can communicate exceptionally well to a multitude of stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc decision support materials, including executive-ready analyses and presentations
- Create automation frameworks that will industrialize reporting solutions sent throughout the business
- Answer business questions that require the translation of complex datasets into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with Business and Technology teams to ensure analytical outputs are accurate, scalable, and aligned with enterprise data standards
- Re-engineer processes that will shorten the resolution time of ad hoc requests
- Contribute to the development of advanced analytics and AI-driven decision support use cases
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in decision support, analytics, strategy, or consulting roles (financial services or asset management preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions
- Proficiency in analytical and BI tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Expertise and Advanced Excel skills
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and validation
- Experience in data transformation and automation using tools such as Alteryx
- Ability to communicate insights effectively through executive-level presentations and data storytelling
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence without authority
