Overview
The Client and Product Services Team (CAPS) supports KKR’s global distribution and client retention efforts by delivering high-quality, timely, and strategically positioned responses to client information requests, including RFIs, DDQs, and other monitoring deliverables. CAPS partners closely with investment, product, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with firm messaging across KKR’s global platform.
The Senior Consultant will serve as a senior individual contributor and day-to-day leader for the Dublin-based team, acting as the representative of the Global Head of CAPS for regional leadership in Dublin. In addition to executing complex client monitoring requests, this role will provide guidance, oversight, and mentorship to team members, while driving quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Monitoring & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of client monitoring requests (RFIs, DDQs, and ad hoc inquiries) for existing clients.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for investment strategy, product structure, and firm-level content across asset classes.
- Review and quality-check team deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved disclosures and positioning.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies in responses and escalate or resolve as appropriate.
Team Leadership & Management (Dublin)
- Act as the day-to-day representative of the Global Head of CAPS in Dublin, supporting team management, workflow coordination, and prioritization.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture, encouraging accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members, including knowledge transfer and process education.
- Serve as a point of escalation for team questions related to content, prioritization, or stakeholder engagement.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Product Strategy teams and cross-functional stakeholders (Investment, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations).
- Represent the Dublin team in regional and global discussions related to workflow, resourcing, and delivery standards.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership regarding capacity, risks, timelines, and process improvement opportunities.
Process Improvement & Strategic Contribution
- Drive initiatives to enhance scalability, efficiency, and quality of client monitoring deliverables, including template optimization, content governance, and the use of AI-enabled tools.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the content management library.
- Identify best practices and standardize approaches across the team to support consistent global delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in asset management or financial services, including significant experience managing RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, or client reporting deliverables.
- Leadership Experience: Prior people leadership or team lead experience, with a demonstrated collaborative and supportive leadership style.
- Execution & Judgment: Proven ability to independently manage complex deliverables, exercise sound judgment, and balance execution with oversight responsibilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and influence senior internal stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Organizational & Quality Focus: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong experience with proposal management systems, content databases, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex investment concepts into clear, client-ready responses.
Preferred / Beneficial Skills
- Industry & Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the asset management industry, particularly alternative investments (private equity, private and public credit, real estate, infrastructure).
- Global Experience: Experience working in global teams and supporting institutional clients across regions and time zones.
- Change & Process Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading process improvements, operational scaling initiatives, or content governance frameworks.
- Coaching Mindset: Strong interest in developing talent and building durable, engaged teams.
