KKR aims to generate attractive investment returns by following a patient and disciplined investment approach, employing world-class people, and supporting growth in its portfolio companies and communities. KKR sponsors investment funds that invest in private equity, credit and real assets and has strategic partners that manage hedge funds. KKR’s insurance subsidiaries offer retirement, life and reinsurance products under the management of Global Atlantic Financial Group. References to KKR’s investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries.

KKR is seeking a Marketing Delivery Manager to join our Brand & Corporate Marketing team, dedicated exclusively to supporting the execution and operational delivery of our social media portfolio. This role partners closely with the firm’s Social Media Managers and broader marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns, content, and activations are delivered seamlessly and on schedule for KKR and select lines of business, including Global Atlantic.

This position is ideal for a highly organized marketing project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Marketing Delivery Manager will serve as the operational lead for social media initiatives—ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and excellence in execution across campaigns, content, and activations. This role does not set social strategies or editorial direction, but ensures strategic plans are executed efficiently and compliantly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for social media campaigns, content development, executive social content, and real-time activations based on strategy and priorities defined by Social Media Managers.
  • Develop and manage detailed timelines, production schedules, and workflow trackers.
  • Oversee intake, prioritization, and resource coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Establish and manage meeting cadences for content reviews, campaign checkpoints, and stakeholder approvals to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
  • Act as the central point of coordination across social, creative, digital, communications, legal/compliance, and external partners.
  • Drive alignment on deliverables, review cycles, deadlines, and publishing schedules.
  • Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Manage asset development from brief through production, review, approval, and launch.
  • Coordinate platform requirements and ensure publishing readiness across channels.
  • Track budgets and vendor deliverables as needed.
  • Facilitate legal, compliance, and regulatory review processes where applicable.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and platform guidelines.
  • Maintain organized documentation of approvals and publishing records.
  • Partner with analytics and social leads to gather performance metrics and reporting inputs.
  • Prepare status updates and post-campaign summaries for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain dashboards that provide visibility into workload and results.
  • Design and implement a structured briefing and intake framework to improve clarity, reduce rework, and streamline cross-functional execution.
  • Continuously refine tools, templates, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support implementation and optimization of project management systems (e.g., Asana or similar platforms).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with 3–4 years of experience in marketing project management, social media operations, digital production, or agency account/project management.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume content workflows and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and production processes (strategic ownership not required). Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.
