TEAM OVERVIEW
The Global Treasury team manages liquidity, funding, and banking relationships across regions and business lines. The team partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial control, operational efficiency, and compliance while driving automation, integration, and continuous improvement across the firm’s global treasury infrastructure.
POSITION SUMMARY
The role is responsible for supporting core treasury operations, ensuring accuracy, control, and efficiency across global processes while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external banking partners. This position offers exposure to global teams and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and transformation initiatives.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reconcile capital call funded by investors and investigate outstanding items.
• Perform callbacks in line with policy and onboard wire instructions on data management system.
• Understand requirements for different bank accounts and liaise with global teams and banking partners to open bank accounts.
• Ensure that bank account records are updated correctly on data management system.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with a range of banks and financial institutions to ensure value is delivered and deadlines are met.
• Creation and maintenance of user access, bank accounts, wire templates and contact management within the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Understand and document requirements for ongoing projects and closing deliverable within timelines.
• Work on audit requests received periodically.
• Identify any gaps in the processes and work proactively with stakeholders to close them.
• Document processes and ensure SOPs are periodically reviewed.
• Own ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualification and experience:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA, CA, CPA) preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in treasury or financial operations within a global financial institution or asset manager.
• Proven experience managing global processes or projects.
• Strong understanding of treasury workflows, and risk control frameworks.
• Experience with systems and tools such as Coupa, Workiva, Hazeltree, Smartsheet, and Excel.
• Demonstrated success driving automation, process transformation, or system integration
