Position Overview
KKR is growing our Global HRIS team and seeking a HRIS Analyst to support day to day HR systems operations across regions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational HR systems capability within a global HR technology environment. You will support HRIS operations, reporting, data integrity, and testing across Workday, ServiceNow, and Greenhouse, while contributing to projects that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. Working closely with HRIS colleagues in Dublin and Boston, as well as HR and Technology partners globally, you will play an important role in delivering scalable support and global coverage across the team.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Support day to day HRIS operations, including processing standard requests and assisting with system updates under guidance.
· Use ServiceNow to log, track, and update HR requests and workflow cases, maintaining clear notes and handoffs.
· Monitor recurring issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members.
· Execute data audits, support data quality checks, and help maintain system accuracy in Workday.
· Perform initial troubleshooting for Workday issues across modules such as HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking, resolving straightforward issues where guidance exists and escalating more complex issues appropriately.
· Assist with reporting by running standard and ad hoc Workday reports and contributing to requested report enhancements.
· Participate in testing activities for system changes, release deployment, and upgrades by executing scripts, logging defects, and validating fixes.
· Collaborate with HRIS colleagues across regions to document processes and contribute to knowledge management, including SOPs and job aids.
· Provide support to HR users and assist in resolving general system inquiries, including basic navigation of Workday and ServiceNow workflows.
· Support basic operational coordination with Greenhouse where needed (for example user support, data checks, and routing issues to the appropriate owner).
· Ability to manage routine operational work with accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to deadlines.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who have:
· 2 to 4 years of experience in HRIS support, or a related HR systems role with Workday.
· Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
· Proficiency with Excel and data validation.
· Good communication and teamwork skills with an eagerness to learn.
· A proactive approach and desire to contribute to process and system improvements.
· Familiarity with ServiceNow case management or workflow tools (preferred).
· Exposure to Greenhouse is a bonus.
