TEAM OVERVIEW

The KKR Global Client Solutions Group (“KCS”) is KKR’s dedicated investor solutions team. KCS was first formed in 2009 to invest in and focus on KKR’s relationships with current and potential investors. Today, KCS consists of over 300 executives located in over 20 offices across the globe. KCS seeks to “connect the dots” across all businesses at KKR, from our global private equity teams to KKR Credit and KKR Capital Markets, to deliver all of KKR’s intellectual capital and solutions to our investing partners. The group’s long-term objective is to diversify KKR’s client base to include new investors, across all regions and institution types, and to raise capital for the Firm’s expanding product platform through developing, structuring and maintaining collaborative partnerships with our investors.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Global Sales Enablement team is seeking a Principal to lead and evolve data-driven solutions within our KCS (KKR Client Solutions) and Global Wealth Solutions (GWS) business. This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced analytics professional who operates independently, brings forward ideas, and provides leverage to senior leadership through insight, judgment, and execution.

The candidate will own core analytics products, shape how data is used across GWS, and drive data-informed decision-making that improves sales strategy, productivity, and business outcomes. Experience supporting asset management distribution and Alternative Investments is a strong plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a senior analytics partner to Sales and Product leadership, delivering insights that inform strategy and key business decisions
  • Translate analytics into sales strategy and practical tools that improve relationship manager productivity and effectiveness
  • Own and maintain core analytics products, reporting, and data assets that support the KCS business
  • Identify high-impact business questions and opportunities, and proactively develop analytics to address them
  • Lead executive-level sales, performance, and ROI analysis across sales and business initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or data management, preferably in asset management or financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, exercise judgment, and manage work with minimal oversight
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel) with experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or Power BI, and asset management distribution data
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor degree in business, computer science, data and analytics, data science or equivalent experience.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

Base Salary Range
$140,000$175,000 USD
