The Investment Technology group at KKR builds and operates the systems that power the entire investment lifecycle – from deal sourcing and portfolio construction to risk management and monetization. We design platforms that connect data, people, and insights across Private Equity, Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Capital Markets, enabling investment teams to make faster, smarter decisions at scale. Our mandate is to transform how KKR invests by engineering shared, data-driven platforms that replace fragmented legacy tools with integrated solutions that drive efficiency, transparency, and alpha generation.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Investment Technology group at KKR builds and operates the systems that power the entire investment lifecycle – from deal sourcing and portfolio construction to risk management and monetization. KKR is looking to add an experienced Salesforce Developer to its growing Technology team. As a Salesforce developer, you will be leveraging your expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and frameworks to help develop the business features and technical capabilities
within KKR’s Salesforce instance and related data applications supporting our Deal Management capabilities. You will contribute to the enterprise’s digital vision, strategy, and execution plans to grow and expand the existing capabilities of the Salesforce based application to enable business growth and improve adoption. This will involve working closely with the business stakeholders, leadership, and engineering peers to identify, develop and deploy new business processes across multiple business units globally. This role is highly visible and will come with the opportunity to identify, own, and execute creative product solutions for the best of breed CRM experience that will also enable KKR to rapidly scale and enhance its capital raising operations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Independently own and deliver small to medium Salesforce projects end to end, from requirements clarification through solution design, implementation, and release, with minimal oversight.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning (Aura and LWC), integrations, automation, and platform best practices.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support internal stakeholders.
• Configure and support the Salesforce Mobile App experience.
• Write high-quality unit tests, triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce governor limits, performance optimization, and platform best practices.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver solutions in iterative release cycles.
• Promote strong engineering standards, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design guidance, and mentorship, helping elevate the skills and confidence of the broader team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications
• + years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong, demonstrable expertise in: Apex, Lightning framework (Aura), Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Data modelling, management and migrations, Deployments and CI/CD process (Github)
• Strong experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Streaming).
• Experience hosting and calling Salesforce or external web services.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and systems.
• Strong experience with process automation, security configuration, data model creation, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience delivering solutions in an Agile development model.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, flexibility, and strong sense of ownership.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn new Salesforce functionality, applications, and technologies.
• Salesforce certifications:
• Salesforce App Builder
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AppExchange products, preferably Conga
• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Sales Cloud & Salesforce Platform Developer II
