POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is looking for a Global Benefits Analyst to support the day-to-day administration of our benefit plans across the US, EMEA and APAC. Based in Gurugram and reporting to the Head of EMEA/APAC Benefits in London, this role will focus primarily on global benefits invoicing, billing, eligibility management, reporting and audit support.
Working closely with Finance, Payroll, Human Capital and external providers, the Analyst will support the day-to-day benefits operations through detailed invoice reconciliations, data validation and maintaining accurate benefits records. This role is well suited to a detail-oriented individual looking to build foundational experience in global benefits operations within a fast-paced environment
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reconcile global benefits invoices across the US, EMEA and APAC, including headcount validation, premium accuracy checks and resolution of discrepancies with vendors and brokers.
• Partner closely with Finance and Payroll to support accurate accruals, cost allocations, funding and timely payment processing.
• Maintain and validate eligibility files and enrollment data, ensuring alignment between Workday, payroll and vendor reports.
• Perform regular data audits for new hires, leavers and employee changes to ensure accuracy of deductions and coverage.
• Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation, reconciling historical data and maintaining appropriate control records.
• Maintain benefits billing trackers, renewal calendars and process documentation to support operational governance.
• Assist with open enrollment and renewal cycles from a data and billing perspective, including file validation and invoice checks.
• Respond to queries related to eligibility and deductions, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting and analytics on benefit costs, headcount, trends etc. to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with documenting, maintaining and improving standard operating procedures to enhance accuracy, consistency, control and efficiency across global benefits operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, improve, automate, and scale processes, incorporating AI-driven use cases wherever possible.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, finance operations or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, particularly in financial reconciliation and data validation.
• Proficiency in excel and comfort working with large data sets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience supporting global or multi-country benefits administration.
• Exposure to benefits billing, vendor invoice reconciliation, payroll deductions and eligibility file management.
• Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across regional and global teams.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
