Position Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Associate with deep expertise in digital measurement and web analytics to support data-driven marketing and digital strategy. This role will partner closely with Web Product Owners, Marketing, and Communications teams to translate business objectives into measurement frameworks, ensure accurate digital implementation, and generate insights to improve user experience, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation. This role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify use cases and enable targeting of key audience segments, leading digital personalization (segmentation and targeting) and optimization initiatives (A/B and multivariate website testing).
The Associate will leverage modern analytics tools, including AI-enabled capabilities, to accelerate data analysis, uncover deeper insights, and enhance decision-making across digital and marketing programs. We are looking for a proactive, intellectually curious problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous learning. The role will primarily focus on digital measurement and experimentation, while also supporting broader marketing analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into tracking specifications and scalable measurement frameworks.
- Partner with web product owners and development teams to support implementation, QA, and UAT of digital tracking.
- Own web analytics reporting and dashboards using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Lead deep-dive analysis to optimize user journeys, engagement, and web lead generation performance.
- Drive digital personalization initiatives, including audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B or multivariate testing using Adobe Target.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities aligned to business priorities.
- Support digital identity resolution and web-to-CRM attribution.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to develop KPI frameworks and measure multi-channel campaign performance (web, email, paid media, CRM).
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to track key digital and marketing metrics.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital and/or marketing analytics.
- Experience working in agile environments with web development teams and digital product owners.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and SQL.
- Experience with web analytics implementation and digital experimentation.
- Understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution, and lead generation metrics.
- Knowledge of digital identity resolution and CRM integration is a plus.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics, automation, or advanced data tools is a plus
- Experience with Tableau (Snowflake Streamlit experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative, proactive self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
