TEAM OVERVIEW
KKR’s Corporate Services & Real Estate (CSRE) team is responsible for overseeing and managing our global workplace ecosystem, encompassing Facilities Management, Hospitality, Corporate Real Estate, Security, Resiliency, Travel, Administrative Services, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Procurement Operations across all KKR offices.
The team partners closely with cross-functional business units to drive operational excellence, elevate employee experience, strengthen risk and security frameworks, and ensure seamless processes, consistent service quality, and effective communication throughout the organization.
POSITION SUMMERY
The Executive Assistant provides full spectrum of secretarial and executive support to the leadership team members. This is a critical business support role which involves a wide range of tasks maintaining highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to the leadership team with an ability to support and manage 4 executives.
- Assist in complex calendar management and travel arrangement for the office executives with an overall understanding of business priorities and time.
- Liaison with internal teams/stakeholders (EA’s, operations, hospitality, facilities, security etc. ) for an effective coordination of any task assigned by the executive.
- Pro-active support to the internal visitors to the office and organizing local calendars during the visit.
- Organize internal and external virtual meetings. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders proactively.
- Handle business correspondence, confidential documents, and administrative duties in a professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in working within a complex matrix structured financial services firms would be preferred.
- High level proficiency in the usage of MS Office tools (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal and ownership skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and set priorities.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and multitask.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Demonstrates highest levels of integrity, focuses on delivery excellence and accountability.
