TEAM OVERVIEW

KKR’s Valuation Reporting team within the Finance team is responsible for evaluating metrics to produce reports on a consistent basis. The team collaborates with our marketing and client servicing teams to prepare materials that communicate external and internal analyses to investors and clients. The team also oversees the valuation and data management process through a routine and efficient schedule to accurate review metrics that reflect the most current cash flow reports. The Valuation Reporting team is a dynamic and critical group with the responsibility to produce analytical insights that drive business decisions and long-term success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare key financial performance metrics schedules
  • Play an active role in completing quarter close process
  • Help facilitate the quarterly valuation reporting of 300+ portfolio companies
  • Help create and communicate quarterly valuation, commitment and cash flow reports to external and internal investors
  • Input data into reporting system and verify output
  • Help facilitate data management and reconciliation as it relates to the quarterly valuation process
  • Update investor performance reports used by investor relations/marketing teams
  • Prepare equity allocation schedule for KKR executives
  • Prepare ad hoc reports, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Dynamic individual with 3-5 years of experience
  • General business knowledge required
  • Accounting major/background and CPA preferred
  • Must have strong leadership skills, an ownership mentality and strong aptitude given exposure to many KKR teams early on in this role
  • Must be able to perform well in a high-paced environment
  • Willing to work beyond normal business hours, as needed
