KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Senior Cloud Security and Solution Architect to join our GISG Group (Global Information Security Group) which is part of KPMG International organization.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Global Security Assessment and Authority, to operate processes; maintaining operational effectiveness and drive innovations which will deliver better business outcomes
- Provide security architecture input to critical business initiatives, guiding project teams and tiger teams to ensure that appropriate security standards are applied in a pragmatic fashion throughout the lifecycle
- Act as the senior technical contact point for global functions and member firms with regards to security standards and architecture considerations
- Drive inclusion of security standards and alignment with technical and reference architectures
- Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of security architects
- Communicate with IPG Leadership on escalations on issues and risks effectively
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent extensive experience leading security and risk assessments for cloud-based solutions in a complex international business, maintaining operational effectiveness and driving innovations which deliver better business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in computer science, computer engineering, information security or relevant work experience; master's degree preferred from an accredited college/university
- Professional certifications in information technology and cloud security -- CISSP preferred (must obtain within 180-days), CCSP (optional), CISA (optional), CEH (optional), OSCP (optional); Azure Solutions Architect Certification preferred but not required with demonstrated professional work experience
- In-depth knowledge of system design and architecture with the technologies and experience implementing a wide range of solutions, Microsoft Azure Architect Certification and Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies
- Good understanding of Windows 2003-2019 Server/AD Domain Infrastructure; MCITP / MCSE Certifications in Windows Products
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, including mitigating credential theft
