KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Affairs to join our Corporate Affairs organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute communications projects, tasks, and deliverables that seek to shape, advance, and protect the firm's reputation, especially those projects related to executive visibility
  • Draft, edit and distribute internal and external communications, including talking points, messaging, intranet content, correspondence, event briefs, and presentations that align with KPMG's business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide operational support for programming and strategic initiatives including scheduling events/meetings with and managing message distribution to internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with executive assistants and other relevant stakeholders for scheduling matters and maintain an organized and up-to-date calendar of events, meetings, and engagements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, developing project plans, timelines and status reports to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in corporate affairs, communications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in corporate affairs, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience with executive assistant responsibilities, board operations, or similar, with keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint preferred; experience distributing emails or large correspondence projects; previous experience using generative AI within day-to-day role, as well as desire to expand skillset and leverage internal tools to enhance ways of working and streamline processes to improve efficiencies is highly preferred
  • Strong project management and operations skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment; be a flexible and proactive team player who exercises independent judgment and can excel in ambiguity
  • Successful in working with senior leaders and their immediate teams; experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with exceptional professionalism and integrity, given the confidential and sensitive nature of role
