KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Sales Training & Culture to join our Sales Enablement organization.
Responsibilities:
- Team across functions to rationalize sales skill curriculum (for example. agree on which courses, models and vendors to leverage to each skill); design and integrate a one-stop digital space and persona-based sales skills development journey
- Explore and create pilot for digital or AI avenues to leverage for sales skills coaching and deeper learning experiences
- Provide organizational and project management support for a cross functional sales training and culture team as well as execution relating to firmwide sales skills
- Integrate sales skills into new/existing curriculum; align firm Competencies to sales skills and determine gaps
- Coordinate with internal stakeholder and vendor management; liase with change and communications team in support of launching sales culture marketing awareness campaign geared toward generating excitement and reinforcing practical tips
- Leverage firm platforms (such as, Salesforce, KPMG Engage) to track metrics, tell a story and provide visibility into pilot program return on investment; build internal network; capture success stories and champion sales culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in implementing learning solutions and programs focused on sales and business development, preferably within a professional services firm; experience in pursuits/proposals and account management a plus
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience implementing multiple projects simultaneously; experience bringing a digital and AI lens to the learner experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as, Word, Power Point, Sharepoint and Outlook; advanced proficiency in Excel; expert in Salesforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills

California Salary Range: $87800 - $185000
