KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a project team of 5-7 members in solution development, setting roles, delegating tasks, and mentoring team members on best practices for solution roadmaps, project plans, and requirements. Provide strategic guidance on solution offerings and manage team workload and capacity.
  • Support individual career ambitions through development plans and allocate junior managers to projects based on skillsets and interests. Conduct performance reviews, offering constructive feedback on competencies and areas for growth.
  • Develop and manage solution project plans using market insights and internal knowledge, with accountability for financials (P&L), risk management, and budget tracking. Identify trends, build product alliances, and develop business case inputs to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the solution management process, ensuring adherence to governance standards and supporting solution leadership with reporting and portfolio oversight. Maintain project management discipline across the portfolio, conducting lessons learned sessions and implementing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate on day-to-day deliverable management across product engineering, service delivery, and go-to-market areas. Support sales enablement activities, including proposal responses, demo coordination, and pipeline management.
  • Design Managed Services target operating models (TOMs) with business SMEs, refining delivery models, business cases, and solution artifacts. Drive process improvements and support Agile ceremonies for solution delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in Product Management, Project Management, Solution Development, or related fields in a high-paced technical environment, with at least 24 months of client service experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, Solution Development, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or Business Information Systems; PMP Certification and/or Six Sigma Certification preferred.
  • Experience in building shared service centers and designing target operating models (TOMs) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, judgment, and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to present effectively to executive stakeholders.
  • Required Skills: Product Management, Target Operating Model Design, Product Development, Strategy & Transformation Consulting, Business Process Consulting, Data Analytics, Digital Design, and Shared Services Center Design.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
