KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product lifecycle strategies, including product launch, maintenance, and retirement. Maintain documentation such as product roadmaps and release plans, track KPIs, and adapt strategies based on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with market growth teams to respond to RFPs/RFIs, provide sales enablement support, conduct market research, and deliver competitive insights to aid in pipeline development. Participate in training, proposal responses, and demo coordination for assigned solutions.
- Lead improvements in Managed Services delivery by analyzing efficiencies, assessing operational models, and recommending enhancements through AI and lean six sigma practices. Partner with Delivery Leads for continuous improvement.
- Conduct quality reviews for solution artifacts, organize core team meetings, and report on deliverables in regular status reviews, ensuring progress aligns with objectives.
- Develop and manage solution project plans, including client segmentation and market research. Oversee financials (P&L) with budget estimates, track budget spend, and provide insights on risks, issues, and competitor analysis.
- Design Managed Services target operating models (TOMs) by collaborating with SMEs to define delivery models, business cases, and solution artifacts. Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and mentor team members to ensure the solution roadmap aligns with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years in Product Management, Project Management, Solution Development, or related roles in a technical and fast-paced environment, with at least 24 months of client service experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, Solution Development, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or Business Information Systems; PMP Certification and/or Six Sigma Certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, judgment, interpersonal, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in building shared service centers and designing target operating models (TOMs) preferred.
- Proficiency in project management, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in Product/Solution Management, Solution Development, Strategy & Transformation Consulting, Business Process Consulting, Data Analytics, Target Operating Model and Shared Services Center design are required.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
