KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively coach and teach others, with emphasis on guiding technical staff to provide meaningful, data-based responses to abstract business questions
  • Set strategic and technical direction for the team and guide the client on best strategic course of action; manage other professionals, provide tailored feedback to teams, and work collaboratively with senior leadership
  • Manager and oversee the entirety of the project life cycle including resource allocation, project management, schedules and close out and overall operational project management to ensure that activities are aligned to operational and strategic objectives
  • Develop project budgets, forecasting financial performance, and tracking savings opportunities and cost avoidance
  • Set strategic direction for the development and implementation of complex quantitative and qualitative data analytic deliverables and work products
  • Lead the development of analytic reports that generate actionable insights to support program operations, management, and transformation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight years of relevant work experience within federal government leadership, health policy, and/or health management consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Public Health or related policy from an accredited college/university; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience using application programming interfaces (APIs) to access and retrieve data (preferred: specific experience accessing Data APIs and/or Salesforce APIs)
  • Preferred software experience: Python, Alteryx, or other data management/processing tools and regulatory analysis to support health program administration/implementation and cross section with data
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government Security clearance
