KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Data Operations to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for understanding business stakeholder's data and information requirements and providing a solution grounded in data strategy
- Lead data analysis activities such as documenting data interfaces and data mappings; analyze and interpret data
- Establish data subject matter SMEs including business and technical relationships
- Demonstrate data analysis best practices, standards, and productivity enablement tools
- Manage offshore and third-party vendor relationships, recruit, onboard and ramp up resources
- Stay abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in data organizations; minimum five years of recent experience working with data and data analysis in large scale programs
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Deep knowledge of multiple Data domains (Finance, HR, CRM, and more) including experience with data sourcing, data analysis, and data integration
- Practical experience in areas such as SQL, Python and Alteryx; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team
