KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Director, Chief of Staff to the KDN Chief Digital Office to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps, prioritizing investments to align with business goals
- Establish and enforce learning strategies and standards across the Information Technology (IT) department
- Oversee the implementation and governance of content management systems to optimize organizational efficiency
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the seamless adoption of new technologies and processes
- Analyze cost implications of organizational design choices to support strategic decision-making
- Manage overall transformation initiatives, ensuring quality and timely delivery of individual programs and projects; engage and support the organization at critical times to drive successful change management
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in relevant IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in information technology, computer science, or a related field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and manage cost implications of organizational changes
- Experience in developing and implementing technology roadmaps and learning strategies
- Proven ability to manage transformation initiatives and ensure the quality of program and project delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
