KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Market Development Leader to join our Growth and Strategy organization.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving strategy and marketing leadership across the entire assigned geography (i.e. Hub or Region) including all Affiliate Offices, and across the full marketing spectrum (brand, relationship, demand, sales enablement)
- Accountable for strategy and cross-functional go-to-market leadership of local Market Pods; activating the firm's GROW strategy by leading client-centric, one-firm
- Handle and oversee Market Pods growth by leading market development programs that drive marketing performance and deliver business outcomes
- Lead and manage local hub marketing team
- Represent office of the managing partner, which includes local leadership both inside and outside of the firm such as clients and key leaders within the Atlanta business community
- Advocate for new ways of working and achieving excellence within the hub marketing organization at the firm
Qualifications:
- Minimum fifteen years of recent hub or field marketing experience, preferably within a professional services firm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master of Business Administration is a plus
- Experience driving strategy within local hub market to support one-firm strategic approach
- Familiar with developing relationships with local market leadership
- Knowledge of leading and managing a team
- Ability to be innovative and drive new and effective ways of hub marketing
