KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Infra Services to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the corporate enterprise mobility devices and platform, including the Intune server support, troubleshooting and upgrades; perform health checks on the Intune platform; conduct internal Mobile Applications testing, and support applications being published through Intune
- Provide second level support as required to internal clients
- Partner with Architecture and Engineering teams in deploying new technologies and solutions
- Assist in developing, organizing and maintaining operational procedures and documentation (technical and non-technical) and in producing as well as obtaining reports on usage and inventory of wireless devices
- Assist the Manager in performing routine system administration tasks including application patches, upgrades, backups and configuration changes
- Handle wireless carrier engagement and billing inquiries
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience working with Intune Enterprise Servers, supporting mobile devices as well as supporting Windows servers, and an enterprise class monitoring solution
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or related field of study is preferred
- Experience troubleshooting a wide variety of mobile related issues including carrier and network issues that relate to Microsoft Exchange 20xx (Active Sync) and O365 Azure AD
- Strong English communication skills; both written and oral, with strong interpersonal skills to support a customer service driven environment; ability to work under pressure and in an environment with constantly changing priorities
