KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Secure Connectivity Chapter Lead to join our Global Technology & Knowledge group which is part of the KPMG International organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Secure Connectivity Chapter team within the region; deliver the Chapter vision and objectives; provide input to set priorities and strategic/tactical direction based on chapter and regional goals
- Manage a team within a matrixed environment
- Oversee the delivery of projects and programs for the Secure Connectivity Chapter
- Track the team's key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and to align with chapter goals
- Support Delivery in the region ensuring smooth handover from/to other regions for all chapters
- Manage vendor service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs to ensure compliance against contractual obligations
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-vendor environment in a matrixed, multi-discipline team across countries with five years of experience being in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical or engineering field OR relevant working experience; advanced degree from an accredited college/university a plus
- Hands-on and proficient experience in these Network and Security Technology areas, including but not limited to Palo Alto Technologies, Cisco, Azure Networking services, and F5 in a large-scale operational environment
- Infrastructure experience and knowledge including an advanced understanding of Palo Alto Technologies, and Azure Networking services; strong familiarity with routing, switching and bridging in both LAN and WAN environments
- Experience managing resources in a fast-moving environment and on projects with evolving requirements and accelerated timelines
- Sound knowledge in building effective working relationships
