KPMG is currently seeking a Director, SAP S4/HANA Plan to Inventory (PTI) in Advisory for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee key business development activities for our SAP consulting practice including; proposing on services, project estimation, performing in an PTI solution architect role, leading pre-sales activities in support of SAP S4/HANA implementation opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key SAP industry personnel
- Lead highly skilled client and KPMG Plan to Inventory work teams through full project lifecycles
- Participate in the continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings
- Assist partners with practice administration including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions
- Minimum ten years of recent experience providing SAP advisory services, specific to Plan to Inventory (PTI) capabilities, to clients across multiple industries
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
- Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment; experience with SAP Activate methodology and leading design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Preferred experience in the following: leading pre-sales activities, a Big Four accounting firm and implementing SAP Greenfield and Selective Data Transition approaches
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Deep expertise in the following SAP business processes and data: MRP, production planning, production execution, production order staging, quality management, integration to MES systems, production and material master data
- Ability to travel up to 60% based on the specific project and location

California Salary Range: $175100 - $279200
