KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Practice Operation to join our National Tax Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Support program leaders, teams and other stakeholders in the initiation, planning and managing of complex, cross-functional program including the following: program scope, approach, deliverables, milestones, and KPIs
- Collaborate with program teams and support the execution of programs, including engaging program stakeholders, deliver on key deliverables, monitor program process, and create reports and presentations
- Act as program management support to overall program lead. Collaborate and execute on program components and change management
- Support the creation of and execute coordinated tactical action plans of the infrastructure/operational functions supporting the national tax practice, based on changing business needs, objectives and strategies
- Coordinate practice communications or meeting materials to support tax practice or support initiatives and ongoing business operations
- Participate in practice-wide strategic initiatives or projects as assigned by national leadership
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including accounting, project management, human resources, resource management or general business operations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business administration, accounting, finance, human resources or another related field
- Experience working in a complex, and matrixed cross-culture environment; excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment; ability to work effectively with program team members, program sponsors, functional leads, and senior management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and negotiating skills required; ability to work independently and provide guidance to executive level management across all practice operational areas

California Salary Range: $61800 - $126800
