About this Global Group
Global Consulting provides a broad range of services that support KPMG member firms to serve their clients, which includes assisting them to deliver on a near-continuous transformation agenda to drive value. The Global Consulting Solutions Hub (the Hub) is an integrated team of resources who lead the design, build and support of our Transformation offerings. They work collaboratively to define, prioritize, design, build, deploy and activate an expanding set of transformation propositions that help KPMG MFs to sell and deliver standard and efficient transformation solutions to their clients.
The Hub leverages a unified framework to create, maintain and evolve transformation methods, enablers, technology assets, and provides enablement and activation support to MFs, Sectors and account teams. The Hub also provides financial planning and analysis and reporting across our Transformation portfolio.
This team interacts with Global Consulting Leadership and Capability Teams (CoEs), Deal Advisory, Global Advisory Technology & Enablement (GATE), Analyst Relations, KDN and multiple other KPMGI/KISL teams (eg: GCM, L&D, etc). This team also engages with an extensive mix of stakeholders across the member firms.
About this Team
The AI Enablement Team is a key part of the Global Consulting Solutions Hub, responsible for implementing the AI strategy in Transformation offerings. They work across all pillars within the Hub and handle AI enablement in client solutions, engagement delivery, and internal operations. The team collaborates with Global Consulting Leadership, Capability Teams, Global Technology Consulting (CTC), GATE, Global AI COE, MF AI COEs, and KDN.
Your Opportunity
This is full-time contract opportunity ending on 30th Sep 2026.
The AI Product Manager is essential in driving and implementing the Hub AI strategy while integrating AI into digital transformation products and solutions. This role demands a combination of technical expertise in AI, experience with digital transformations, strong product management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve results that meet business goals and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle of targeted AI solutions, from scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Orchestrating the gathering of business requirement for AI solutions builds (including prompts, inputs, actions, and outputs)
- Managing the scope of projects to meet timeline, cost, and quality of outcomes as well as evaluate revisions to scope and coordinate leadership agreements to any scope changes
- Developing and maintaining product roadmaps that align with strategic business objectives and market demands.
- Leveraging the KPMG network of practitioners to recruit Subject Matter Professionals to help on the targeted initiatives, gain commitments and track support to commitments
- Supporting the maintenance/governance of the Global AI Use Case Repository, AI Techniques in Engagement Delivery library, and Velocity AI One Intranet.
- Leading cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget
- 5+ years in program/project management
- Client delivery, preferably technical, in the past year
- Functional and/or technical platform expertise
- Experience with AI, model training, and prompt engineering
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a demanding team environment
- Self-starter willing to become an SMP (subject matter professional) on AI initiatives
- Collaborative across multiple stakeholder groups
- Communicates complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Gathers user feedback to improve product design and performance
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- Guides teams to deliver quality solutions
- Understands KPMG’s Consulting business and builds relationships at all levels
