Your Opportunity
Join our team as a Senior Consultant specialising in digital transformation within the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on Community Care solutions powered by Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. In this role, you’ll design, install, and configure innovative technology solutions tailored to enhance client care and operational efficiencies for healthcare providers. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll empower organisations to adopt leading-edge digital strategies and improve their service delivery. With your technical expertise, client-facing capabilities, and passion for leadership, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare technology in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful technology solutions for non-profit organisations.
  • Design, configure, and implement Community Care solutions using Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations to drive technology adoption within healthcare organisations.
  • Guide clients through digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practises and clients’ strategic goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, building relationships and delivering customised solutions that enhance care delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Utilise your expertise in Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to ensure project success.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in healthcare technology and contribute to solution development in the aged care and disability sectors.

Your Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Virtual Machines, App Services, DevOps) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Exceptional client engagement skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical solutions to stakeholders of varying technical knowledge levels.
  • Passion for collaborating with healthcare organisations to deliver transformative projects, ideally with experience in aged care and disability funding models such as NDIS, HCP, CHSP, or HAAC.
  • Strong ability to lead workshops and training sessions, fostering understanding and adoption of new technology among stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in and knowledge of emerging technology trends in healthcare, with a focus on driving innovation.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
    • Certifications in Microsoft Azure and Power Platform are highly regarded, such as:
      • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
      • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect
      • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
      • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate
    • Additional certifications (optional but advantageous):
      • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
      • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
      • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
