Content Marketing Manager - Wiise
KPMG
Job Description
Wiise is a rapidly growing ERP Software-as-a-service company that helps SMBs in Australia and New Zealand to scale their business by providing modern, all-in-one business management software. Built on Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Business Central platform and backed by KPMG, our software has quickly become a market leader, and we’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help accelerate our go-to-market efforts.
Your Opportunity
Reporting to the CMO and working alongside talented sales and marketing teams, as well as several partners and agencies, you’ll lead the creation and execution of high-quality content that builds trust with business owners, CFOs, and operations leaders.
You’ll plan and produce content that creates real demand:
- Podcasts that share customer and partner stories
- Webinars that unpack industry challenges and practical solutions
- Case studies, short-form videos, and thought leadership content
- Co-marketing content in collaboration with trusted partners
This is not a performance marketing role (you won’t manage paid ads). Instead, you’ll focus on creating useful, engaging content that helps build relationships and brand preference over time. You’ll use the latest tools and methodologies to build and orchestrate content and campaigns across channels that help solve real business problems, and create, capture and convert demand into new pipeline growth.
Work arrangements
This role is based in Sydney, NSW (KPMG office in Barangaroo), with the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and produce webinars and podcasts with customers, partners, and subject matter experts to grow and engage our audience, as well as capture and convert demand into pipeline.
- Collaborate with product, sales, customers and partners teams to gather feedback and shape our content strategy in line with customer demand.
- Write or manage the production of customer stories, thought leadership pieces, and short videos leveraging modern tools such as Riverside, Canva, GenAI (e.g., GPT, Copilot), etc. in collaboration with product marketing, pre-sales and partners
- Creating or editing basic visual assets in Canva, Figma and PowerPoint to support campaigns
- Re-purposing content across channels (email, website, social).
- Manage a content backlog and events calendar that aligns with product launches, industry events, campaigns and partner enablement.
- Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, customers, experts and partners to create and deliver engaging content in line with our brand.
- Support multi-channel marketing campaigns with agencies and partners across channels such as outbound, email nurture, digital advertising, social, webinars, events to generate demand and build pipeline.
- Work with GTM ops to track content and campaign engagement and influence on pipeline.
- Manage project timelines ensuring all marketing initiatives run smoothly from concept through to launch.
- Manage the distribution of content via channels (e.g. social media, email, etc).
How are you extraordinary?
- You are a strong communicator and storyteller. You can translate complex operational/financial concepts into clear, engaging narratives. You’re comfortable interviewing customers, partners or SMEs and pulling out the gold.
- You’re proactive and have a bias for action. You can plan, script, produce and publish content and are comfortable taking initiative, while knowing when to check in or collaborate.
- You don’t have to be a designer, but you have a good eye for design and attention to detail. You know what looks good and how to support stories and brand with visual structure and quality.
- You understand B2B sales, trust-based relationships and why we build content that serves brand awareness and pipeline goals.
- You care about the quality of your work, but you can also ship without over-editing endlessly.
- You bring warmth, clarity and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
Essential:
- You’ve created and executed B2B content campaigns before (3–7 years experience).
- You’ve worked in Saas or with software products.
- You’re confident hosting conversations and building stories from interviews
- You’ve worked on projects with multiple stakeholders, and can collaborate with sales or customer-facing teams to uncover real problems worth sharing
- You can write and edit clearly, and enjoy turning ideas into finished work
- You’re comfortable using tools like Canva and Figma for simple visuals and slides
- You’re familiar with HubSpot and can create webinar/event landing pages
- Preferred:
- Familiar with operations, financial or software topics
- Have collaborated with partners in co-creating content
- Comfortable editing video clips
- Experience working with AI tools / Agents to rapidly research, co-author or re-purpose content
- Understanding of modern content production (video in particular) for a scale-up organisation.
