Job Description
As a Manager you will lead the delivery of complex data platform solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives, technical standards, and governance frameworks. You will oversee project teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to solution architecture and strategic planning. Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders to shape data strategies, manage delivery risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes across engagements.
You will also play a key role in business development by contributing to proposals, and supporting pre-sales activities. As a leader in the team, you will foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, champion continuous improvement, and drive innovation in data engineering practices.

Experience implementing data platforms on the Microsoft cloud stack (Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Power BI, etc.).
Knowledge of data engineering practices, including ELT/ETL, data pipelines, and orchestration tools.
Understanding of data modelling, data governance, and data security best practices.
Familiarity working in a systems integrator or professional services environment.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages like SQL, Python, and Spark.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 - Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate) are desirable.
