Job Description
With continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Director to join our ThinkPay team. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact advisory solutions, driving innovation, and building trusted client relationships across complex payroll and workforce compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction and delivery of large-scale consulting engagements across payroll remediation, workforce compliance, and data-driven risk management.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance culture and mentoring future leaders.
- Drive business development initiatives, contributing to market growth and client acquisition.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and excellence across all engagements, with a focus on sustainable outcomes.
How are you extraordinary?
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems through data, technology, and advisory excellence. You bring:
- Deep expertise in data analytics, including cleansing, modelling, and insight generation.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Azure and cloud-based analytics platforms is highly regarded.
- Proven track record in leading remediation programs and managing large-scale projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience in a Big 4, mid-tier, or boutique consulting firm, or in a senior data or compliance role within a large organisation.
Qualifications
- STEM degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
