Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to lead transformative initiatives and drive impactful change in the Education sector, while advancing your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment?

We’re seeking a Manager to join our Transformation Delivery team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. This exciting role will allow you to work with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver business-critical projects, particularly in the Education sector.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide functional expertise in Education sector domains, such as Student Management, Student Experience, Industry Engagement and/or Advancement & Philanthropy.
  • Lead and deliver transformation and operational improvement initiatives, with a focus on business analysis, service delivery, and process improvement.
  • Engage with Education clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their growth and development.
  • Play an active role in building the Transformation Delivery capability within KPMG’s offices in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.

Your Experience

  • A background in working in the Education sector is highly regarded, either through in-house roles or in a consulting capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, transformation projects, or operational improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing projects or workstreams, with exposure to end-to-end delivery.
  • Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a focus on fostering team development and growth.

Qualifications

We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, economics, or a related field.
