Your Opportunity
As an Associate Director (Finance) in our Workday Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal initiatives. You will be:
- Leading Workday Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimisation related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applications with FDM design.
- Managing key client relationships including project delivery, consulting on best practices, and managing key project deadlines.
- Partnering with clients to lead the day-to-day activities of ERP implementation engagements for various clients across the implementation lifecycle from process design through to go-live and hypercare.
- Facilitating and leading client workshops.
- Translating client requirements into functional designs.
- Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements
- Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies
- Driving your own professional development by taking opportunities to participate in training and by learning from senior leaders.

Your Experience

- Extensive experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Financials implementations and upgrades, with deep expertise in FDM.
- Proven track record of successful delivery on Workday Finance implementations.
- Experience in a Finance function in an operational capacity.
- Workday Finance certification/s.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise to meet deadlines and manage expectations where there are conflicting demands.
- Strategic critical thinker, with an aptitude for using that skill to solve complex problems and plan for the future.
- Team building experience and skills, with a passion for conducting your best work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team around you to collaborate, share ideas, and learn together.
