Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned culture initiatives and workstreams including planning, execution, risk/issue management and evaluation of outcomes.
  • Design and coordinate employee listening activities in partnership with P&I Data & Analytics, including scoping, instrument development, analysis, insight synthesis and action planning.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights, narratives and practical recommendations to support decision‑making and action at a senior level.
  • Coordinate and support the operation and maturity of firm‑wide culture enablement activities (e.g. GPS, Ethics Champion Network), including planning, communications and engagement cadence.
  • Apply structured change management and business readiness practices to support successful implementation and transition of initiatives into business‑as‑usual.
  • Build strong working relationships with CLTC peers, Centres of Excellence and Divisional P&I Business Partners to ensure coordinated and consistent employee experience.
  • Contribute to culture reporting and updates for senior leadership forums, including preparation of papers, presentations and progress updates.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities across initiatives and escalate appropriately in line with governance.
  • Strong capability in analysing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and tell a clear story.
  • Sound project delivery skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder management and tracking progress against milestones.
  • Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high‑quality documents and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong change management and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in environments with ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Collaborative and adaptable working style, with a commitment to continuous improvement and role‑modelling firm values.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in organisational culture, employee experience, change, and organisational development.
  • Experience working in complex or professional services environments is advantageous
  • Resources, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications regarded).
  • Master of Organisational Psychology (strong preference).
